Departmentalization is dividing employees into different play roots that fix in one specific task. The advantage of departmentalization is that each meeting bequeath provide great service to the ecesis. The service forget be excellent because each group is practicing one job. The advantage is that all members of the aggroup can share their work and knowledge with each other freely. This helps to insure that everyone is putting out the same amount of work and that members can help each other achieve more skills and knowledge. The disadvantage is that there is not much room for forward motion with this type of management the group is pretty much stuck together.

The advantage of project team is that the group can bring new and unique ideas to the team. The teams work will show diverse ideas to the clients or to management. The disadvantage to project team is that there are many problems and conflict that arise within the group. The issues often have to be resolved by the team leader or even a higher for of management.
