Out of all the strategies that need to be put in place and arranged with the organizational objectives and vision, the HR strategy is the most complex one, for the simple soil that it involves people, those intelligent, intelligent and innovative assets which can bring that unbeatable competitive expediency that the rivals are so afraid of. INTRODUCTION Realized or not, the work-place generally has a major impact on people, on their life-professional as well as face-to-face.
