To countersink this argument into perspective, compare and contrast the consequences of someone who does not effect any physical activity and follows a poor food on a daily basis to someone who goes by dint of a pack of cigarettes each day. An individual who does not do any physical activity or eat the right way may be setting themselves up for a shorter life span or may be more flat to illness, but the negative consequences upon family and friends are less severe and do not conflict with others physical health.
