Between 1300 and 1600 there was a big blast of creativity in Europe. This period was called the Renaissance that means the rebirth of art and science. One infamous artist from this period was Paolo Veronese. He was an Italian painter named Paolo Cagliari moreover known as Paolo Veronese because he was born in Verona. He lived and worked in Venice. When he was 14 years old he started painting as an apprentice in a topical anaesthetic workshop of the artist Antonio Badile and later he married his overpowers daughter. His abilities distinguished rapidly and soon he establish his own workshop.
He collaborated with Farinato, Riccio and Busasorci in a painting of the cathedral of Mantua, and his work was superior to the work of his collaborators. Thats why he found envies when he returned to Verona, and finally he moved to Venice.
