I AM 13 YEARS OLD. BECAUSE OF AN OVERREACTION TO CRIME rate IN THE 1990S AND CHANGES IN THE LAW, IN 3 MONTHS, I COULD BE PLACED IN A JAIL cellular telephone 8 FEET LONG AND SIX FEET WIDE WITH A 45 YEAR OLD MAN CONVICTED OF CHILD MOLESTATION. I WOULD BE 21 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO BE MOLESTED, AND 36 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO COMMIT SUICIDE. IF I SURVIVED AND WERE fitting TO EVER LEAVE PRISON, I WOULD HAVE LEARNED lavatory BARS HOW TO CONTINUE A LIFE OF CRIME FOR THE embossment OF MY LIFE.
