1. Introduction
War has always been the subject of eminent studies: slightly questions such as what is contend, which factors can lead politicians to start a war, how did the notion of war evolve over time, how do scholars evaluate war and how do they explain it, obviously appear when talking slightly war. However, it has been argued that war has a changing character: it is shaped by events, political discourses, society, modernity, etc. In this view, it appears elusive to define exactly what war means, and consequently to assess the different factors which can baffle war.
This paper focuses on this evolution of the concept of war: it world-class explains the concept by trying to give and criticize some possible definitions. It then analyzes 2 factors which undoubtedly had effect on war, namely the end of the cold war and globalization. Later, a comparability is made in coordinate to find out which of these two events had the most essential effect on the concept of war.
Finally, a theoretical reasoning is given, and the theory of liberal institutionalism is discussed, in order to understand the changing character of war.
2. The concept of war
The majority of pot only see war as a difference between enemy soldiers. Even if this side is obviously region of it, war is also, if not especially, about diplomacy.
